Glenn and Carol are keen to see the famous Spanish horses. There isn't a show time that suits them but people sure allowed to watch them train each day , so that is where they will head.
Stuart and I are keen for a bit of a wander and to get a bit lost. Always finding the best places when lost. Spent some time in the beautiful Volksgarten or peoples garden. The roses...... Lordie, just magnificent.
Happened upon Michaelplatz (where the horses train) but found some roman ruins instead.
Found our way to Stadpark as well, this is where the statues and busts of composers are. Strauss, very gold and Shubert. Beautiful gardens in the middle of a city and food stand selling great Austrian sausage hotdogs!! Yummy.
Back to our apartment for a bit of a rest as we have a big night ahead.
Schonbrunn palace for dinner and a concert if you don't mind......
Great dinner and thoughoughly enjoyed the concert. Mozart and Strauss ( so cultured)
